Pipework for Data Centre Cooling Systems

Data centre cooling systems require pipework to circulate water between cooling equipment, plantrooms, heat exchangers and other areas of the site.

We can supply pipework for chilled water and closed-loop cooling and heating circuits, with a range of pipe sizes, materials and insulation options available to suit the project.

Pre-Insulated Data Centre Pipework

Pre-insulated pipework can be supplied for above and below ground data centre applications.

Factory-insulated systems help limit heat gain or loss, with options available for leak surveillance, trace heating and secondary containment depending on the application.

Secondary Containment and Leak Detection

Where pipework runs close to servers, electrical equipment or other sensitive areas, pipe-in-pipe systems can provide secondary containment around the carrier pipe.

Leak detection can also be incorporated to provide early warning and help identify the location of a leak.

Systems are available for cooling water, process water and other services installed under floors, in ducts or overhead.

Data Centre Waste Heat Recovery

Pre-insulated pipework can also be used to transfer recovered heat from a data centre to nearby buildings, ambient loops or district heat networks.
