- Specification & Sizing
We specify the most appropriate pre-insulated pipe for your project requirements and can assist with pipe sizing. Full material schedules and supply packages can be prepared to suit your scope. - Design & Take-Off
We can undertake layout design based on information provided, or carry out site visits where required. Drawing take-offs and material pricing can also be provided directly from your plans. - Supply Packages
Complete supply packages can be assembled, including pre-insulated steel pipe or flexible systems, along with all associated fittings and components required for installation. - Installation Support (Selected Projects)
Installation services can be provided on larger projects where engaged, either directly or through established subcontract partners. - Tender Support
We assist contractors in preparing district heating and heat main packages for tender, providing technical input and detailed costings. - Testing & Verification
Pressure testing can be undertaken to suit project requirements, including non-destructive testing (NDT). Where required, this can extend to oxygen free nitrogen (OFN) testing, ultrasonic testing (UT), and dye penetrant inspection for weld joint assurance.
