Uponor Ecoflex Supra Pre-Insulated Cold Water Pipe

Uponor Ecoflex Supra is a flexible pre-insulated pipe system for underground cold potable water and chilled water distribution. Designed for buried installations, the range provides an insulated carrier pipe for cold water services between buildings, plantrooms and other locations.

Ecoflex Supra is available with options for frost protection, allowing underground water supplies to be maintained in locations where freezing temperatures are a consideration.

The system can be used for residential and commercial cold water distribution, chilled water systems and other buried water services.

Uponor Ecoflex Supra Features and Specifications
  • Applications: Designed for underground cold potable water and chilled water distribution.
  • Operating temperature: Suitable for operating temperatures from -10°C to +20°C.
  • Pressure: PE100 RC carrier pipe rated to PN16 and SDR11.
  • Insulation: Closed-cell PE-X foam insulation with a declared thermal conductivity of λ₁₀ 0.037 W/mK.
  • Outer casing: Corrugated HDPE jacket pipe designed to protect the carrier pipe and insulation in buried installations.
  • Buried installation: The outer casing is tested for static loads of up to 60 tonnes.
  • Frost protection: Ecoflex Supra systems are available with frost protection options for underground water supplies exposed to low temperatures.
