The Tweetop MLCP Smart Push End Cap is an essential component of the Tweetop Smart PUSH system, designed for quick, reliable, and secure pipe terminations. This innovative system allows for easy assembly by simply pushing the pipe into the fitting, ensuring a strong connection without the need for complex tools or additional materials.

Connection Process
In the Tweetop MLCP Smart PUSH system, the connection between the pipe and the fitting is achieved by pushing the pipe into the fitting until it reaches the mark made on the pipe’s outer wall. This mark can be left by the system calibrator-reamer or made manually with a marker.

• For Plastic Pipes: Ensure that the factory-fitted stiffening sleeve is fully inserted into the chamfered end of the pipe. This sleeve is crucial as it increases the connection’s strength and reduces the likelihood of leaks due to lateral loads.
• For Copper Pipes: Proper calibration and deburring of the pipe are necessary before making the connection. This preparation is essential to ensure a secure and leak-free joint. Detailed instructions can be found in the Fitters Guide.

Materials & Construction

• Main Body: Crafted from high-quality pressed brass (type CW617), offering a full anti-diffusion barrier for long-lasting durability.
• Sealing Ring: Made from nylon, providing a reliable seal.
• Clamping Ring: Constructed from stainless steel (type 316), ensuring a strong, secure connection.
• Pressure Ring: Made from durable plastic.
• Outer Ring: Plastic construction adds additional durability and protection.
• O-ring Gasket: EPDM material ensures a tight, leak-proof seal.
• Stiffening Sleeve: Plastic, included with fittings dedicated to plastic pipes (not applicable for copper fittings).

Important Installation Information

MLCP Smart PUSH fittings are designed for use in visible locations only. It is important to note that connections located under plaster or within screed are prohibited. The system also boasts the flexibility of up to 20-fold connection and disconnection, allowing for easy adjustments and maintenance.

• Plastic Pipe Fittings: Available in 16mm, 20mm, and 25mm diameters, including straight couplings, tees, elbows, reducers, and threaded transition fittings.
• Copper Pipe Fittings: Available in 15mm diameter, including straight couplings, tees, elbows, reducers, and threaded transition fittings.
