Uponor Ecoflex Quattro is a flexible four-pipe pre-insulated system designed to carry heating and domestic hot water services between buildings in a single underground pipe run.

This configuration contains two 32mm heating pipes for flow and return, together with a 32mm domestic hot water supply pipe and 25mm circulation pipe. All four carrier pipes are contained within a 175mm insulated HDPE outer casing.

Applications

Ecoflex Quattro is designed for buried installations requiring both heating and domestic hot water distribution, including connections between a central plantroom and individual buildings or multiple properties.

The four-pipe configuration allows heating flow and return, domestic hot water supply and hot water circulation to be installed within one pre-insulated pipe system.

Connections

Use the appropriate Uponor Wipex fittings for the individual carrier pipe sizes and the correct Uponor Ecoflex Quattro end cap to protect the insulation at the pipe termination.
