About REHAU District Heating Pipe Systems

REHAU produce a range of pre-insulated underground pipe systems and fittings designed for district heating and heat network installations. These systems distribute heat from a central energy source to multiple buildings through insulated buried pipework.

The REHAU district heating range includes RAUVIPEX, RAUTHERMEX and RAUVITHERM, along with connection systems such as EVERLOC fittings and transition fittings used when connecting underground pipework to plant rooms and building systems.

RAUVIPEX is a pre-insulated PE-Xa district heating pipe with bonded PUR foam insulation, designed to deliver strong thermal performance and reliable underground heat distribution.

RAUTHERMEX is also a PE-Xa pre-insulated pipe system using high-performance PUR foam insulation, helping minimise heat loss across district heating networks.

RAUVITHERM uses cross-linked polyethylene foam insulation, providing an alternative solution for underground heat network pipe installations.
