Rauvipex Uno

RAUVIPEX UNO is a pre-insulated pipe system designed for underground heating applications where a single flow or return pipe is required. It is commonly used for district heating, biomass boiler connections, and buried heating pipework between buildings, including heat pump installations.

The new RAUVIPEX pipe system features a PU-foamed insulation layer combined with a flexible carrier pipe, offering a strong balance of insulating performance, robustness, and flexibility during installation. This construction supports consistent thermal performance while maintaining flexibility during installation on site.

Manufactured by REHAU, RAUVIPEX UNO draws on REHAU’s more than 40 years’ experience in the development and manufacture of high-pressure cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa / PEX-a) pipes. PE-Xa is widely used in heating networks for its durability, resistance to stress cracking, and long service life.
Available in a wide range of diameters, RAUVIPEX UNO is suitable for use as either a flow or return line in underground heating systems and is compatible with REHAU EVERLOC+ jointing systems and other approved connection solutions.
